My customers are provided with email pictures of their creations so they
have the option of making any changes to their item before I mail it to
them. I will supply as many sample bracelets as needed until you, the
customer, are 100% satisfied! I stock most items listed on the website
so the turnaround time is instant in most cases. Once payment arrives
your item will be shipped right away. I've had many repeat customers and

All
of my bracelets are made to order with 5.5mm Sterling Silver letter
blocks (for NAME bracelets),
.925 sterling silver beads, Swarovski Austrian crystals, and Sterling
Silver Bali beads and spacers. All bracelets are strung on Soft Flex
49-strand nylon coated stainless steel beading wire, the best available.

You can choose
cats-eye beads, Swarovski crystals, Miyuki Japanese glass beads,
Swarovski Pearls, and various other types of beads including
semi-precious gemstones. Swarovski
crystals are available in 50+ different bicone-shaped colors including birthstone
colors for all 12 months and 35 of the gorgeous Swarovski
cubed beads. All bracelets are finished
with a sterling silver toggle clasp or a sterling silver lobster claw

- Priority Mail shipping with delivery confirmation - $5.35 ($4.60 for up to 5
bracelets Priority Mail plus $0.75 for delivery confirmation. Insurance
will be required for multiple bracelets). I can also ship your bracelet
for $3.00 first class which includes delivery confirmation. International shipping may be slightly higher.
Insurance is optional but highly recommended.
NOTE:
I will not be responsible for any packages that aren't insured. I add
delivery confirmation to ALL packages. Delivery confirmation is only proof that
your package has been mailed and in no way does it refund me if the
package is lost.

To
determine what size bracelet to order, measure around your wrist across the wrist bone,
not tight but just until the tape measure meets and add 1 inch. This
will allow for just enough dangle. If you measure too tight the size
will not be correct so please take care when measuring so you will have
a proper size

If you
order a bracelet for a little girl and you want to increase the size as
she grows... I will restring the bracelet and add the necessary beads.
Please email me with inquiry. If a wrong
size is given, there will be a small resizing fee ($6 per strand) to cover the cost of
the extra
materials needed and you will be responsible for return shipping.
I email pictures of
your order prior to finishing the final clasp just to make sure you are happy with what I've made for
you. If you wish for me to make any changes I'd be happy to but please
let me know BEFORE I finish. I can usually have your
bracelet completed within a couple days of your order.
If you
are ordering a bracelet as a gift for someone and are unsure of the size
and aren't sure if you can find out the size without giving away the
surprise... I offer 5 different silver extender chains as seen below. If
you order a 7 inch bracelet with an extender chain, the size would
adjust from 7 inches to 9 or 9.5 inches depending on which extender
chain you choose. The average bracelet size is 7-7.5
inches so please keep this in mind when
ordering. Bracelets are made up to size 8.5 inches. If you need a
larger size please inquire.

I pride myself in making high quality bracelets with the best supplies
available. My bracelets can be worn for MANY years.

I hope you will enjoy your
handcrafted keepsakes and please remember these are pieces of jewelry so
care needs to be taken when wearing them. If the sterling silver starts to
tarnish, I recommend using a polishing cloth or a small amount of toothpaste and a
soft toothbrush. This will shine up the beads and sterling silver very nicely.
It is NOT recommended that you wear your bracelets or
anklets in chlorinated water or while using cleaning solutions. Also know
that the Cat's Eye beads and Crackle beads will fade if repeatedly worn in
showers and such. I highly recommend that you store your keepsakes in a
plastic bag such as a Ziploc. This will delay the natural tarnishing that
will eventually take place. The sterling silver and Bali sterling beads I
use are of the highest quality but precautions need to be taken just as
with any other quality jewelry piece. Just remember to treat your
handcrafted keepsakes as you would a fine piece of jewelry. :o)
