What if I already have a free email account with Yahoo or another service? Most of the other free web-based email services such as Yahoo offer a forwarding feature that you can set up to receive your email at a different address. If you've had your current email at another service for awhile and don't want to miss any messages that your friends or family may send you, using the forwarding feature can be used. You can also set up your "vacation" message to notify people of your change of email address. Since the vacation message works as an auto-responder, anytime you get mail at your old account, an email will automatically be sent to the person and you can set that up to show your new email address at yourname@planetbeans.com . Will my address ever be given out to third parties? No! Planet Beans will never give out your email address to any third party for any purpose. Your account will be totally secure and you can feel confident that you will not receive unwanted mail through Planet Beans. Will Planet Beans send out email messages to my new account? Only if you specify that you want to receive mailings from us when you initially set up your account. If you are already a member of our mailing list, then you should still receive the daily newsletters if you change your email address on the mailing list or if you set up email forwarding.
